Home / Girls in Property Win

Aboriginal Housing Initiative Wins.

Riverside again showed its creativity and diversity with its First Place in the Girls in Property competition. Riverside's entry of an innovative housing design for an extended aboriginal family was recognised by the judging panel for its creative approach to a problem, its uniqueness in solving a number of problems and most of all the collaborative way in which the group of year 10 students approached the brief and set about designing their entry. Also impressive and commented on by the judges was the groups response to feedback and  their incorporation of advice from their mentor.  Congratulations to all the participants and to Ms. Tao and Mr Blundell for their encouragement and expertise.
